Short version: we collect what you give us so we can get back to you, we use it to talk to you about your business, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your website or Google listing, if you give it to us
- Which page you sent the form from, and when
If you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of that conversation and the contact details that come with it.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your free growth audit
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and our services
- To keep a record of our work together if you become a client
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Text messages
When you submit a form on this site, you agree that we may call and text you about your request, including with automated texts such as appointment details and follow-up. How often depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of buying anything from us.

We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted service providers to run our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer management system. Form submissions are stored there, and our calls, texts, and emails go through it.
- Our website host — like most hosts, it may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
- Fontshare — serves the fonts on this site. As with any web request, their servers receive your IP address.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. If that changes, we'll update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to work with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices

Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee it.
Children
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
